Louis Pang Shoot Like A Pro, Photography Workshop in May 09.
![]()
After much procrastinating, we finally sign up for a 1 day workshop with Louis Pang in May, last month. We are fans of many many photographers around the world, but Louis’ Work is absolutely one of them which we admire, that is originating from Malaysia. Frankly speaking, there aren’t many notable ones from Malaysia which we love their work. So LP is one of few :).
We enjoyed ourselves throughout the session sharing ideas and asking questions. We also had the chance to work with different models as our subject for photoshooting.
Actually, we are pretty out of words after such an exhausting day, so here are some of the photos taken during that day. Also included are photos from Sushi King where we had our lunch and we practice our shooting skills after our morning session at the workshop hehe…

gave up photographing the models as there were just too many of us, so decided to photograph the photographers instead :P. Look at all the gears…Was a bit shy to take out our humble camera.

That’s about it for the workshop. Really well worth the money.

Werney & Anney ♥ Children’s Photographer, Westin KL

Pauline engaged us just a few days before we revised our pricing :). She told us one of the weekends in May, she’ll be staying in Westin Hotel. Hence she’d like some family portraiture to be taken at this location. Our eyes nearly popped when we heard bout Westin Hotel. Start to have all the crazy imagination and ideas. Also the perfect clean location hehe..

But you know what, when I was there (Only me, Sue weren’t available on that day), I got a bit panic. Don’t know why LOL. So I suggested to Pauline to take some photos outside Pavilion, instead of at the hotel.
![]()
Pavilion is indeed a great place for photoshoot. Love the giant structure. Sigh, reminds me so much of our alma mater. Did you know that both Sue & myself are actually schoolmates hehe..Ironic eh..we never knew each other then, but now we are like sisters!!
![]()
Seriously, I just couldn’t get enough with Pavilion, but Pauline’s Hubby was a bit shy, so we quickly finish our photoshoot and headed over to the poolside.
![]()
They all changed into their casual outfit and we took some shots before everyone (except Daddy) jump into the pool.

Blowing bubble session. I love love love this photo. Don’t know why.

After all the fun at the pool, we headed back to the hotel room where the kids took their shower.
This shot was taken just minutes before Anney took her shower. Love the contrast of the lollipop against her silky smooth porcelain skin :).

This basically wraps up our 1st week of May photoshoot. May was indeed a packed month for us.
More to come:
Yvonne & Alycia (love their home)
Chin Nee & her beautiful twins
Joyce & her 5 children (fabulous)
Jovin & her lil one
So stay tuned….cheerios!!

Kayleigh Yap ♥ Newborn Photographer, Ampang
Posted on June 19, 2009
We promise there’ll be more newborn photoshoot. And here’s 1 more we did in April. Told ya, baby boom is back ;).
This one is a real rush job!! Eleanor, our ex-schoolmate gave us a buzz and ask us to take photos for Kayleigh. And she did mentioned, you have to come this week, cause I’m leaving for Australia next week :|. Almost fainted hahaa…
![]()
So off we went with our props and what nots…to Eleanor’s house. And the 1st thing that caught our attention, is the giant plate hehe…Yes!!! it’s that HUGE!! It’s not a floor mat OK.
Kayleigh didn’t sleep well throughout the photoshoot as it was hot like anything. That’s like the so few sleeping shot we’ve got. Oh and you know whenever we photograph newborn, we are exposed with all the poopies and fountains of wee wee.
![]()
Kayleigh is no exception haha..in fact the amount of poopies were triple haha…sorry, got a bit side tracked. Minus all those poopies, she was pretty easy to photograph.
![]()
One shot goes to Eleanor & Kayleigh.
And the last for their hands, holding each other…another of our favourite shot.
Anymore newborn photos? Nehh…not for now, probably lets wait another 1 month, that’s when the baby boom starts. 3 Newborn photography in a month!! Bless us :).

Ze Hong ♥ Children’s Photographer, Klang
Posted on June 17, 2009
This is a very cool photography session, cause Ze Hong is just so cool. He didn’t want to smile at all!!
![]()
We did all our tricks, jumping around, skipping around, throwing jokes, but look at Ze Hong..haha…at 1 stage, we can see that he’s actually trying so hard not to laugh that we couldn’t stand it we broke into laughther LOL.
![]()
See his pouty serious face. But I think it’s cool, shows his character :). But of course Wendy weren’t too happy cause lil prince didn’t smile hehe..Even with a lollipop he was acting so cool.
But guess what, the moment he saw Vinnie & Yu Jet, he was so happy and smiling away. Yes, he’s cousin of Yu Jet, of whom we photographed 2 months ago.
![]()
Yay, no more pouty face hehehe..We actually took photos at the same place where we did photoshoot for Yu Jet. We love this place alot, seriously!!
Then we headed back to Wendy’s home, and Ze Hong was fast asleep. When he woke up, this was what he gave us.
![]()
Lurve Lurve Lurve that smiley face. Then he thought..oops..why this gang of papparazi still around. Then he gave us this look.

Don’t you think this looks like some advertisement photo!! And he’s back with his coolness.

Jayden Goh ♥ Newborn Photographer, Damansara
Posted on June 15, 2009
Chelwin’s cousin, Sharon, contacted us when she was heavily pregnant at 37 weeks (I think). She told us she wants newborn photoshoot. Yep, newborn season is back eh ;). She also wants a few pregnancy shots. Just a few, cause we were so worried she might just pop while we were shooting LOL.
And you know what, the world must have shrunk by itself, cause when we went to Sharon’s house, I discovered that I actually knew Sharon’s Hubby, William. I met him few years back during my office merger. He was our Consultant involved in the System Implementation. We actually had time to catch up on what happened after that instead of photoshooting haha…
![]()
So Jayden was born in end March (If I’m not mistaken). By the time we had the newborn photoshoot, he was already 2 months old. Not so alert, just nice actually. In fact he was pretty co-operative :).
![]()
Oh, did I forget to tell you that William is also into photography. Hence we were actually allowed to drag all our props and lil Jayden to the garden for some outdoor NEWBORN photoshoot. LOVELY!! We all love those yummy natural light. Baby needs some sunlight too mind you :P.
After that, we took him home and stroke him a lil to put him to la-la land. Sharon’s house has this pretty old piano in the living room. It didn’t escape our sight at all. We decided to put Jayden with the piano. And this is what you get.One of my favourite shot :).
![]()
William was very co-operative he even strip his top for us to take some skin-to-skin shots hehe…and the results, see it by yourself :).
![]()
We never forget all those lil feet & fingers of course. Those are the most important element to photograph for NEWBORN baby. So here’s a shot of the lil crumpled feet.
Jayden got a bit irritated towards the end, cause he was trying to sleep but we were moving him around LOL. So in the end we left him alone so that he could catch some sleep.
That’s bout it. Our 2nd NEWBORN Photography for this year. And there’s more to come. Looking at our calendar, we have at least 5 NEWBORN photoshoot coming our way!!
